Tadd specializes in luxury homes as well as working with the city’s medical, military and law enforcement population. His mastery of contract negotiations and dedication to client services further prove that he is ready and willing to go above and beyond your expectations. Having had the privilege of learning from some of the best business coaches around the country, Tadd dedicates a portion of his time to sharing what he’s learned with local businesses and organizations. An avid sports fan, in his free time Tadd enjoys serving up aces in his local tennis league and dominating (or not so much) the family fantasy football league.

Katie B. is the Director of Operations and Client Services for Momentum Group. She oversees the daily operations of the company and makes sure that we are running as a well oiled machine, primed and ready to provide our clients with A+ service. Katie has been with the team for eight years adding her marketing and organization expertise to our list of credentials. Katie graduated from UT Austin with a degree in Public Relations and worked for a PR and advertising agency prior to joining the team. Her creativity and experience in reaching people make her a huge asset to our team and our clients. Outside of real estate Katie enjoys chasing around her two young kids and suffering through her many Pinterest fails in the hunt to find the occasional DIY gem.

Katie H. is the Director of Real Estate Services at Momentum Group. She is the driving force behind getting all of our contracts smoothly into closing. With exceptional organization skills and dedication to Raving Fan service her #1 goal is to create an amazing experience for each and every client. Katie joins us from a top property management company adding a wealth of knowledge and experience for not only our investors but all clients as they add real estate to their financial portfolio. Outside of the office you can find Katie in the kitchen, whipping up gourmet meals, or enjoying time with her two daughters.
